The Process

1. FREE CONSULTATION & PROJECT EVALUATION

A certified lighting designer from Carolina Lightscape will meet you on site to evaluate your project at no cost to you. You will be provided an estimate for your new system and any associated services.  This initial appointment will take place on your property at a time that’s convenient for you. 

2. COMPREHENSIVE LIGHTING DESIGN

Our designers consider budget, time frame, and impact to your property when creating your comprehensive lighting design. Each architectural and/or landscape lighting system quote includes an equipment list, installation plan, and a formal quote for all equipment and services included.

3. METICULOUS INSTALLATION

Every installation is fully inspected fixture-by-fixture and then fine-tuned to ensure superior performance. 

4. SYSTEM FINE-TUNING

Once night falls, your designer will come back to fine-tune the landscape lighting system to ensure it’s performing as well or better than you expected. We then do a full inspection and fixture-by-fixture walk-through with you.

5. SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Every Carolina Lightscape installation comes with a one-year onsite service plan at no additional charge. Our goal is to make sure your lighting system looks just good as the day it was installed.
